NOTICE of the Temporary Suspension of Order Acceptance for Schroders Funds

  Dear Clients,

We hereby inform you that, in view of the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, the introduction of the euro as the official currency of the Republic of Bulgaria as of 1 January 2026, and the Decision of the Council of Ministers designating 31 December 2025 and 2 January 2026 as non-working days, the Board of Directors of Karoll Capital Management JSC has declared 23 December 2025, 29 December 2025, and 30 December 2025 as days on which the Company will not accept subscription, redemption, or switching orders for units of the Schroders funds distributed by Karoll.

We also inform investors submitting orders under an investment plan that in December 2025, Karoll Capital Management JSC will place with Schroders only one order for execution under clients’ investment plans, on 22 December 2025. In this regard, subscription orders for units of the Schroders funds distributed by the Company under investment plans may be submitted and will be accepted for execution until 10:00 a.m. on 22 December 2025.

Order acceptance will resume on the first working day of 2026 — 5 January 2026.
